Our homes will provide a caring environment for Adults with
Learning Disabilities, especially focusing on clients with
autistic spectrum disorders and epilepsy. Our care team
will develop care plans, tailored to individual needs, in
order to develop and support each person in their current
and future development.
As professionals we have been working with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), care managers and parents
in the South East over the last five years, where our reputation
and achievements can be verified.

This article appeared in the Progress magazine and features
the story of Howard who lives in our Worthing Home:
my name is Howard, I am 19 and have a severe learning difficulty
and have been living in care since August 2008.
‘Routine is very important to me, and I don’t
like too much change, I especially like to know what I am
doing throughout the day, otherwise I can become anxious.
‘One day my keyworker approached me and asked me if
I wanted to go on a boat to France. I like boats, so I thought
it would be fun and I said ‘yes’.
‘She showed me a picture of the boat and also showed
me where France was on the map. My keyworker completed a
risk assessment for this trip that included details of what
to do if the weather changes because I don’t like
wearing a coat or jumper. If you know me, then you’ll
know that if it gets too cold then I can sometimes be encouraged
to wear them. She also made sure we had all the phone numbers
for emergency contacts in France in case of a breakdown,
or if someone was ill.
‘Before the trip I helped with purchasing particular
items for the trip such as a GB sticker for the car, safety
equipment as well as the snacks for the trip. ‘I had
a great time in France and especially enjoyed the boat ride.
I’ve got lots of pictures to remember my day which
I have put into a scrap book.
‘Can’t wait to do it again!’
